Keep the book current without chasing anyone
The reason family lists rot is not that people stop caring. It is that one person is responsible for finding out that four households moved.
- Intake and update links. Send a link, or print a QR code for the welcome table at a reunion. People fill in their own household in about two minutes, on a phone, with no account to create.
- A review queue. Nothing anyone submits reaches your book until you approve it. A well-meaning mistake never becomes your problem.
- Duplicate merging. Four rows for one family become one household with four people in it.
- A weekly digest. One email flagging the birthdays and anniversaries coming up, so nothing arrives a week late.

Organize real households, not a thousand loose names
A contacts app knows names. It does not know that those four names share a front door.
- The household is the unit. One address for the home, the people who live there, and the shared life around it.
- Blended families work correctly. Household naming is separate from household structure, so remarriages, multigenerational homes, and non-traditional households render properly instead of being forced into one template.
- The dates that matter live on the records. Birthdays, anniversaries, and memorials, with reminders on your dashboard.
- Moves add to the story. Old addresses stay on file rather than being overwritten.
- Bring everything in. CSV, Excel, Apple vCard, and contact sync from Google or Microsoft. All free.
Mail and host with confidence
- Labels that are already right. Pull the group you are mailing and print onto Avery sheets, or export straight to a card vendor like Shutterfly or Minted. Free, including in card season.

Run the book together
The institutional memory of a family should not live in one file, or one person.
- Three levels of access. Invite as many people as you like, each as a Viewer, an Editor, or an Admin.
- Dynamic tags. Lists that keep themselves current: everyone with a birthday next month, relatives in Minnesota, households missing an address.
- Saved reports. Keep your Christmas-card list, reunion list, or birthday list ready all year instead of rebuilding it every season.
- A calendar feed. Subscribe once and see family birthdays and anniversaries where you already plan your week.
- Change history. See what changed, who updated it, and when.
